职位要求:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
To participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts, ensuring that the information is updated, and in sync with business operations
To work with other team members to build the infrastructure and drive automation of MIS reporting system to improve efficiency for quick response to business needs
To produce high quality MIS reports and provide analytical insights
To dseign, conduct and manage MIS development project

SELECTION CRITERIA:
To meet the challenge, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
University degree, major in Computing, mathematics or Statistics related subject
Over 2 years' experience in Customer Analytics, Campaign Management or Management Information Reporting, preferably in consumer banking industry.
Proven experience in SAS programming, datawarehouse development, BI/OLAP tools or Information Portal development
Good knowledge in Excel/Access reporting and VBA
Project management experience in CRM related initiatives will be an added advantage
Fluency in both written and spoken English

拥有两年以上参与客户分析,使用管理信息系统的相关经验,业务领域涉及零售银行者优先;
熟练掌握SAS程序设计,数据仓库开发或者BI/OLAP工具使用;
熟练使用Excel/Access 以及VBA;
拥有CRM相关项目管理经验者优先;
流利的英语口语及写作能力。

Product Training产品培训 - We provide product training e.g. credit card product training, personal load training, etc. to help the staff related to learn more about the products that the Bank is providing.

Skill Training 技巧训练- We provide a lot of skill related training e.g. credit workshop, sales and negotiation skills, etc. to help staff enhance their skill in particular aspects.

Role-play Training 模拟训练- We provide a lot of role play training and attachment to increase staff's exposure.

Self-learning 自学课程- We send out learning package to staff for them to study on product knowledge, compliance knowledge, etc. and staff will have e-learning assessment on-line.
